You will have contracted hours, but within reason you get to choose when you work and if suits you that could include weekends or evenings too.
Once you have chosen your hours, you will complete the transcriptions sent to you by our automated system, which will keep up a regular flow of work. Our service is based on quality and accuracy, but we are renowned for our fast turnaround times, so keep an eye on the clock.
The majority of our work is for law firms, healthcare professionals, accountant and property sector clients, who all send a variety of dictations to be transcribed, covering a range of topics, lengths and expected delivery schedules.
Hopefully you will have experience of one or more of the sectors we work with, but we are always expanding into new markets and require good listening skills and quick accurate typing. The ability to transcribe multi-voice recordings will be an advantage, as it is another growth area for DictateNow.

We will require you to undertake a few transcription tests, to ascertain your level of competency, accuracy and speed, so we can understand the level of work you might be able to handle in any given period.
If you pass our tests, we will then sort out the paperwork and the technology requirements to ensure you can work from home securely, whilst keeping our clients information confidential.
