As part of our provision, the Quality Assurance team, based at our Head Office in Borehamwood, review and compare documentation typed by our secretaries to ensure that transcriptions meet your firm’s exacting standards. The QA team have in-depth knowledge in their area of expertise and we can offer quality checking across a breadth of sectors and fields within those sectors.
The QA team strive to ensure that any errors in typed documentation are eliminated so that transcriptions achieve accuracy first time.
Whether you are a regular user of the DictateNow service or an occasional user for holiday or sickness cover – rest assured the same high level of standards apply to the service which we provide.
The Quality Assurance Team based at the DictateNow head office in Borehamwood listen to the dictations while proof reading the transcriptions for accuracy prior to return to our clients. DictateNow currently check 75% of transcriptions however, if a client or fee earner wants all their work examined prior to returning it, this can be facilitated.
DictateNow has an average turnaround time for standard dictations of 45 minutes – significantly faster than the turnaround that most fee earners receive when sending work internally.
