"The result of using outsource transcription has been a reduction in typing costs..."
Quest Information Systems Limited trading as DictateNow provides both a UK based dictation outsourcing service and digital dictation systems for internal use within offices. We employ over 300 UK based, qualified and experienced legal secretaries and we are the UK’s largest dictation outsourcing company. Our clients range from solicitors, barristers and MPs to surveyors, estate agents, members of the medical profession and charities.
Quest Information Systems Limited was founded over 10 years ago by Garry Park, a specialist in IT development with vast experience in banking and legal systems. He is the Managing Director and sole owner. His co-Director and co-founder, Maxine Park is a qualified solicitor previously practising in Commercial Litigation and a partner in a Holborn based practice with first hand experience both as a fee earner and a partner involved in management of a practice.
Together the two Directors developed the DictateNow software and outsourcing systems which have proved to be hugely successful. The software has been designed 'by lawyers for lawyers' who fully understand and appreciate the necessity and demands for a business to provide a cost effective quality service for clients and the DictateNow software provides a solution for transcriptions which meets these demands.
The DictateNow software created by our in house IT team is fully supported by the IT Support team and has been enhanced and expanded to incorporate other industries and markets.
DictateNow is based in Borehamwood in Hertfordshire and its latest expansion includes the opening of 2 new offices in Manchester and Belfast.
|Fee earners complete and send dictations in the normal way, and the SRC solution takes care of distributing the dictations – so there are no training costs.
The result of using outsource transcription has been a reduction in typing costs, without compromising on turnaround times for documents or accuracy.
The programme has helped users at the practice to save valuable time and reduce the effort involved in dictating and typing dictations. In addition, Team Support Assistants can now spend less time typing and focus more on other critical tasks.
